Antonio Bizcocho es un emprendedor de Coria del Río, en Sevilla. Hace tiempo que una idea rondaba su cabeza: la creación de un licor de sake. Sería su homenaje a la particular relación que mantiene la localidad con el país asiático desde el siglo XVII y que se refleja en los 600 vecinos apellidados Japón. Tras un año de pruebas, ya está en el mercado el Sake de Coria. Y con una particularidad propia de la tradición gastronómica local: el toque de sabor a arroz con leche que une las dos culturas.
