La Liga de las Mujeres Extraordinarias es un libro infantil ilustrado que recoge la biografía de 30 mujeres que consiguieron cambiar la realidad de su tiempo y que después, sin embargo, han ocupado lugares secundarios en las páginas de la Historia. Josephine Baker, Marie Curie, Hypatia, Clara Campoamor… Las biografías tienen forma de cuento y están escritas por mujeres andaluzas de distintos ámbitos. El impulsor del proyecto, financiado a través de crowdfunding, es el ilustrador gaditano Iván del Río. “Nosotros lo que queremos es que estos libros acaben en la estantería de cuantos más niños y niñas mejor”, afirma Iván.
