José María Galán es guía del Parque Nacional de Doñana. Este onubense natural de Almonte recupera las técnicas ancestrales del rastreo para conocer más sobre la fauna de uno de los rincones con mayor biodiversidad de Europa. Utiliza el rastreo para controlar las especies pero también como una herramienta de divulgación entre los visitantes y turistas del Parque Nacional. Sus conocimientos provienen de los antepasados de la zona y de lo aprendido en sus viajes por todo el mundo. Los bosquimanos le enseñaron en África a seguir el rastro del león.
