Esther y Manuel crearon hace cuatro años la primera academia de chino de Sevilla. Querían que su hija, de cuatro años entonces, estudiara el idioma, y, como no había un centro donde eso fuera posible, lo crearon. Pero la academia tiene otra peculiaridad. 17 de los 140 alumnos de la academia son de origen chino. Se trata de niños adoptados por familias andaluzas que pretenden que sus pequeños conserven el vínculo con el país de origen.
