Un recurso para que las mujeres sientan que pueden cambiar sus vidas y que eso depende sobre todo de ellas. Se trata del proyecto ’13 Rosas’ que desarrolla en Málaga la Asociación Arrabal. Trabajan en la inserción social y laboral de mujeres reclusas y ex reclusas. El programa cuenta con la colaboración del Instituto Andaluz de la Mujer.
