Un poeta se detiene en la playa ante un grupo de bañistas y recita sus versos. El objetivo es promocionar su propia obra y la lectura de poesía. Se trata de una iniciativa de José Manuel Alfaro, un librero de Moguer, en Huelva. Ante el descenso de ventas en su establecimiento durante el verano, ha instalado una tienda de libros junto a la principal playa de Mazagón, una localidad onubense que multiplica por diez su población por la afluencia de turistas en época estival. Si los clientes escasean, él va a buscarlos de esta manera. Y mientras tanto, pone en marcha actividades para promocionar la lectura.
