Llevar la lógica al consumo de los alimentos.  Esa es la tarea que desarrolla Montse Castro desde Brenes (Sevilla), una educadora medioambiental que tras perder su trabajo ha querido trasladar su filosofía del consumo a la sociedad a través del proyecto Mecológico (Mercado eco-lógico y local). Montse actúa como intermediaria entre productores ecológicos locales y consumidores de la zona llevando a la práctica el kilómetro cero y el comercio justo a través de la agricultura.
