Francisco Gutiérrez creó Patatas Fritas Santo Reino en la churrería donde trabajaba con su mujer, a pocos metros de la Catedral de Jaén. En una motocicleta repartía la producción diaria, unos 12 o 14 kilos, por los municipios más cercanos. Hoy, la segunda generación dirige una empresa que elabora más de 2.000 kilos diarios de patatas fritas y frutos secos. Han llevado su receta artesana de patatas fritas con aceite de oliva a diferentes puntos de España y comienza a abrirse mercado en China y Estados Unidos.
