Cultura en Red es el proyecto llevado a cabo por varios profesionales que han participado en el proyecto Emplea Joven de la Delegación de Cultura de la ciudad de Córdoba. La iniciativa surge de la necesidad que existía, según este equipo de personas, de llevar la agenda cultural a todas las personas de la ciudad sin distinción de edad, profesión o lugar de residencia. Para ello se han utilizado nuevas tecnologías como el correo electrónico o WhatsApp, así como los medios convencionales de difusión: asambleas, llamadas de teléfono, buzoneo. Desde que está en activo ha habido un incremento de la asistencia a los eventos.
