Una aplicación móvil que conecta a las personas afectadas por alguna enfermedad de las catalogadas como raras, que en España afectan al 6% de la población. ‘My Leaf‘, como se denomina, conecta a los pacientes entre sí, y éstos pueden gestionar su día a día, hacer un seguimiento de sus síntomas y de los medicamentos que toman. Al final se genera mucha información, útil para médicos e investigadores.
